The Gym is another important location in World of Light, where your Primary Spirits below lv.99 can gain XP and level up. However, only these types of Spirits can be assigned to the Gym. The Condition of a Spirit also plays a significant role, as it affects its performance in activities. Positive conditions usually yield better or faster results.
